The seller charter

Ten commitments that build clients' trust — and therefore your sales. Reading and accepting the charter is mandatory to sell on TaWorkUp.

   Describe your service honestly

   The title, description, options and images correspond exactly to what the client will receive: content, quantity, delivery time and number of revisions. Do not use images or work that are not yours.

   Work only through TaWorkUp

   Exchanges, deliveries and payments go through the platform. It is forbidden to share or ask for a phone number, an email address, a social network link or an external payment method: this is what protects you from non-payment and guarantees your reviews.

   Meet the announced deadlines

   Only accept an order if you can deliver it on time. If something unexpected happens, offer the client extra time before the deadline. Repeated delays lower your level and may lead to the order being cancelled.

   Deliver original, compliant work

   No plagiarism, copied content, unlicensed resources, or automatically generated deliverables presented as custom-made without saying so. You are responsible for what you deliver and the rights you transfer.

   Communicate respectfully

   Reply to messages quickly and politely, even in case of disagreement. Insulting or discriminatory remarks, or pressuring a client to get a good rating, are forbidden.

   Never manipulate reviews

   Fake reviews, orders you place yourself, review swaps between sellers or reviews obtained in exchange for compensation are forbidden.

   One account per person or company

   Creating several accounts, reselling an account or using another person's identity leads to the permanent closure of the accounts concerned.

   Only offer authorised services

   Illegal, misleading, sexual, violent or hateful services, the sale of fake followers, fake reviews, accounts or diplomas, and any unlawful activity are forbidden.

   Protect your clients' data

   The information, files and access a client entrusts to you are used solely to complete their order. You do not keep them longer than necessary and never share them.

    Accept TaWorkUp mediation

    In case of disagreement, open a dispute from the order. The TaWorkUp team reviews the exchanges and deliveries and makes a decision that both parties agree to respect.
