Terms of use and sale
Last updated: 27 October 2026 · Publisher: TOP DIGITAL LTD
These terms explain how TaWorkUp works, your rights and your commitments, whether you are a client or a seller.
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the taworkup.com site and of the TaWorkUp services, published by TOP DIGITAL LTD, a company registered under number 16504121, whose registered office is at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom (“TaWorkUp”, “we”).
By creating an account, placing an order or publishing a service, you unreservedly accept these Terms, the Seller charter (for sellers), the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
2. Definitions
- Member: any person registered on TaWorkUp.
- Client (or buyer): member who orders a service.
- Seller: a member who offers services, as an individual or a professional (sole proprietorship or company).
- Service: a service offered by a seller, with a base price, possible options, a delivery time and a number of revisions.
- Order: purchase of a service by a client; it forms a contract directly between the client and the seller.
- TaWorkUp credit: available balance on a member's account, usable for new orders or, for a seller, withdrawable.
3. Role of TaWorkUp
TaWorkUp is a marketplace: we connect clients and sellers, host the exchanges, secure the payment and offer mediation in case of disagreement. We are not a party to the service contract and do not perform the services.
We act as a payment intermediary: the amount paid by the client is held by TaWorkUp until the delivery is approved, then paid to the seller, minus the commission.
4. Registration and account
Registration is free and reserved for adults (18 years old) with legal capacity. Login is done with a code sent by email or with a password. You are responsible for keeping your access details confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
Only one account is allowed per person or entity. The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. To sell, members must meet the Seller level requirements: validated email address, username, photo and description, details verified by TaWorkUp (identity and, for professionals, company documents) and acceptance of the Seller charter.
5. Publishing services
Each service is checked by our team before going online. The seller describes precisely what they deliver; they guarantee they hold the rights to the published content and the deliverables. TaWorkUp may correct a service's category, or refuse, suspend or remove any service contrary to these Terms or to the Seller charter.
Forbidden in particular: illegal, misleading or dangerous services, the sale of fake reviews, followers or accounts, sexual, violent or hateful content, and any service designed to bypass the platform.
6. Ordering and process
The client chooses the service, the options and the payment method, then confirms the order. After payment, they send their instructions (optional); the seller accepts the order, which starts it, or declines it.
The seller delivers within the announced time. The client can request the revisions included in the service. If the client does not respond 3 days after a delivery, the order is approved automatically. Extra time, extra services and partial refunds are proposed and accepted from the order.
All communication relating to an order must go through TaWorkUp messaging: it is authoritative in the event of a dispute.
7. Price, fees and payment
Service prices are set freely by sellers, in euros or dollars, and shown to the client in their currency (euro, CFA franc, US or Canadian dollar) at the conversion rate indicated on the platform.
In addition to the service price, the client pays service fees (10 %) and transaction fees (5 %), shown before payment. Promo codes and referral benefits are covered by TaWorkUp.
Accepted payment methods: bank card, Mobile Money (West and Central African countries), USDT cryptocurrency (BEP20 and TRC20 networks) and TaWorkUp credit. A card may be charged in CFA francs; any conversion is then made by the client's bank. An order is only started after the provider confirms the payment.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation by the client before the start: as long as the seller has not accepted the order, the client can cancel it at any time. They are refunded automatically to the payment method used, minus a cancellation fee of 15% of the amount paid.
Seller refusal or late delivery: the declined order, or the order cancelled for lateness, is fully refunded to the client's TaWorkUp credit.
Mutual cancellation or partial refund: proposed and accepted from the order. In the event of a dispute, the mediation decision applies.
Refunds to a bank card or a USDT address are processed by our team and may take a few days depending on the bank or the network.
9. Disputes and mediation
In the event of a disagreement over an order, the client or the seller can open a dispute from the order. The funds remain blocked during mediation. The TaWorkUp team reviews the exchanges, instructions and deliveries, then decides: approval, full or partial refund, or resumption of the order. The parties undertake to cooperate in good faith.
10. Provisions specific to sellers
Commission: TaWorkUp charges a commission on the revenue of each sale, depending on the seller's plan (for example 20% for the Essential plan, 15% for the Elite Launch plan, or a fixed amount per sale for paid plans). Any tip is paid in full to the seller.
Earnings and withdrawals: earnings become available when the order is approved. The seller requests a withdrawal from their wallet (minimum €10), by Mobile Money, bank transfer or USDT depending on their country; they then enter their withdrawal method. Currency conversions apply the rate shown at the time of the request.
Status and tax: the seller works fully independently. They alone are responsible for their social, tax and reporting obligations in their country of residence. Professionals provide their company's information and documents.
Sponsored services and subscriptions: sponsoring campaigns are billed according to the chosen budget; any unspent budget is returned. Subscriptions are commitment-free unless stated otherwise.
11. Code of conduct
- Do not exchange personal contact details (phone, email, social networks) or offer payment outside TaWorkUp.
- Do not publish illegal, misleading, plagiarised, abusive or discriminatory content.
- Do not manipulate reviews, rankings or orders (fake accounts, self-orders, review swaps).
- Respect the privacy and data of other members.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the platform.
12. Content and intellectual property
Members keep their rights to the content they publish and grant TaWorkUp a free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and promote it (in particular on social networks and in share previews) for the duration of its publication.
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the rights to use the deliverables are transferred to the client for the use described in the service, from full payment of the order.
Published reviews must reflect a real experience; TaWorkUp may remove a review that breaches these Terms.
13. Suspension and closure
TaWorkUp may suspend or close an account, remove a service or temporarily block funds in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraud or risk to members, after informing the member except in an emergency. Members may delete their account at any time from their settings, subject to orders in progress.
14. Liability
TaWorkUp uses reasonable means to ensure access to and security of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We cannot be held liable for the quality, compliance or legality of the services performed by sellers, nor for indirect damages. In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount of fees received by TaWorkUp on the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. Members are informed of important changes by email or notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Using the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to the protective provisions a consumer enjoys in their country of residence. Before taking any action, contact us at support@taworkup.com: we undertake to seek an amicable solution.
