✅ What we can handle

You maintain control of your business decisions. Actions are carried out according to your rules and the authorizations defined at startup. Situations outside the procedure are submitted to you; reimbursements and commercial gestures are not decided freely by our team.

We intervene on the agreed channels: messaging, support tool and social networks. Responses follow your tone and procedures.

🧪 Discovery offer — €15

We respond to 15 emails or messages in total, in French, over a day of service. This offer allows you to discover our way of working with your brief and your procedures. It does not correspond to a weekly package.

📦 Our daily management packs

The amounts below are supplements to the basic service at €15, excluding TaWorkUp fees. The total price of the pack is therefore equal to €15 + the indicated supplement.

Example: Basic over 7 days = €80 excluding TaWorkUp fees, for a maximum of 25 interactions per day for 7 days.

The daily volume of the pack replaces the discovery offer: the 15 basic messages are not added to the daily limit. Choose a single formula and a single duration.

To order: select all numbered parts of the same pack and the same duration. Their sum corresponds exactly to the supplement of the table. These parts are used to respect the amounts proposed by TaWorkUp; they constitute a single formula.

⏱️ A presence 7 days a week, on agreed beaches

The packs cover consecutive days of the chosen period, Monday to Sunday. Schedules, time zone and expected response times are set before start-up. 7 days a week does not mean 24/7 availability or immediate response.

An interaction corresponds to a response or processing action on a customer message. Several exchanges on the same file can therefore represent several interactions. The counting mode is validated with you at startup.

If the volume exceeds the ceiling, we alert you to agree on an adjustment; no supplement is automatically incurred.

🌍 Management in another language

French is included. For another language, validate its availability and technical level before ordering, then add the supplement corresponding to the pack and the duration.

A language option completes an after-sales service; it cannot be controlled alone. If it has multiple parts, select them all.

📌 To be provided before starting

Store address, products, FAQs, response templates, delivery times, return and refund policies, channels to manage, average volume, language, desired times and referent for escalations.

Provide personal invitations with the necessary rights in your tools. Do not share your personal password. Software subscriptions, reimbursements and commercial gestures remain your responsibility.

The service concerns written support. Telephone calls, content creation, advertising campaigns, legal advice and dispute resolution guarantee are not included.
